The ‘Madeira Weather’ application offers a reliable alternative to complex websites and official weather reports for the Madeira Archipelago. It provides quick access to local weather forecasts, including strategic locations such as ‘Pico do Arieiro’, ‘Pico Ruivo’, and ‘Rabaçal’, known for their scenic views and hiking opportunities.

Simply connect your device to the Internet, download a compact data file, and obtain an up-to-date forecast for the remainder of the day without the need for constant data transfers or incurring high charges.

Distinct from other weather services, madeiraWeather employs high-resolution mathematical models to enhance forecast accuracy. Future updates will introduce additional functionalities. We welcome user feedback to address difficulties and suggestions for improvement.

<li>Favorites: Create a personalized list of preferred sites by opening individual locations and adding them to your ‘Favorites’ for quick access.</li>
<li>Satellite Images: View satellite imagery from EUMETSAT-RGB centred on the Madeira Archipelago, typically covering data from three consecutive days with multiple snapshots daily.</li>
<li>Time Navigation: Access hourly forecasts up to three days in advance for your favorite locations. Beyond this period, forecast reliability diminishes significantly.</li>
